The San Bernardino Division qualifier for the Junior Olympics will be held at Hemet High School on Saturday, October 7, 2017.
You must be a member of the San Bernardino Division to participate in our J.O. qualifier.
If you are a member of another Division, you cannot participate in our Division qualifier. So, please, check your membership card, make sure you have indicated the correct Division for yourself.
We do ask our Division fencers to pre-register on AskFred.net so we have an idea as to how many fencers, in which weapons, will be participating. That helps us set up strips, etc.
Online pre-registration for AskFred ends at 11:59 p.m. on Thursday night.
That gives us time to load the tournament, check memberships to make sure they are correct and current, notify fencers of any discrepencies, etc.
If you do not pre-register, you may still register at the door.
You may fence all weapons in which you wish to qualify.
Fee for each weapon in which you wish to qualify is $20.
We will have rated referee, Jessi Milestone.

9:00 a.m. for Junior Women’s Saber/ 9:30 a.m. for Junior Men’s Saber
10:00 a.m. for Junior Women’s Foil /10:30 a.m. for Junior Men’s Foil
12:00 noon for Junior Women’s Epee/ 12:30 p.m. for Junior Men’s Epee
1:00 p.m. for Cadet Women’s & Men’s Saber
2:00 p.m. for Cadet Women’s & Men’s Foil
3:00 p.m. for Cadet Women’s & Men’s Epee
Junior events are fenced first. Cadet fencers, if they wish, may compete in the junior events, top three fencers qualifiy (depending on number of entrants).
If a Cadet competes in a Junior event and qualifies in the Junior event, that Cadet also qualifies for the Cadet event.
